Born in Jordan and spending significant time in GCC, Chef Anas Shahin culinary passion began at 20 when started as a kitchen helper inspired by grandmother's cooking. My journey started as a culinary trainee at Marriott Dead Sea, leading me to grow my career further through Jordan Cities. Amman, Dead Sea, Petra, Aqaba before landing in the GCC (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab of Emirates & Saudi Arabia) With 5 years of experience as Head Chef and Executive Chef, My values authenticity, simplicity, and bold flavors. I thrive in the fast-paced, diverse environment of Hospitality.
